You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit Your Data solely to provide the Services. This license terminates when you delete Your Data or close your account.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process Your Data and that it complies with applicable laws, including GDPR.
Our platform integrates with various AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral). When you use these providers, your data may be processed according to their terms of service.
AI-generated content is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before relying on them for business decisions.
Our Services are offered under various subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Prices are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date.
We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After this period, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
The Services, including all software, design, content, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.
We treat Your Data as confidential and will not disclose it except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about our Services.
We warrant that the Services will perform substantially as described in our documentation during your subscription term.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, Your Data, or your violation of these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or for any other reason with 30 days' notice.
Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease. You may export Your Data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France. For EU consumers, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Services at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
